30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 days from receiving your order to change your mind. If you are not happy with the result, even if you have already used your kit, write to us and we will refund you.
How to make a request
- Email us at contact@loezia.com (or via our Contact page) with your order number and a few words about the reason for your request.
- We reply within 24 to 48 business hours. Depending on the case, we may ask you to return the product: the return address will then be sent to you by email. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
- Once your request is approved (or your return received, if a return was requested), we process the refund.
Refund
Refunds are issued within 14 days at most, using the same payment method as the original order (card, PayPal…). Depending on your bank, the amount may take a few more days to appear on your account.
You are refunded the price of the products and the original shipping cost (based on Standard shipping). If a return is requested, return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective, damaged or does not match your order.
Defective, damaged or wrong product
If your product arrives damaged, is defective or does not match what you ordered (wrong shade, for example), contact us with a photo. We will send you the right product or refund you, at no cost to you.
You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) for 2 years from delivery, as well as the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Legal right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Our 30-day guarantee goes beyond this legal period.
